Find the right fit
For the most accurate fit, take the measurements shown in the diagram and compare them with your horse's measurements. A well-fitted rug should sit comfortably without restricting movement.
How to measure your horse
Use a soft measuring tape and keep it level against the horse's body. Measurements are shown in centimetres.

What each measurement means
Keep the tape snug but not tight. Do not measure over a thick rug or blanket.

Body Length
Measure from the centre of the chest to the end of the rump.
B
Back Length
Measure from the wither to the top of the tail.
C
Drop
Measure vertically from the rug's back line down towards the belly.
D
Neck / Front
Use this measurement where the product's specific chart identifies the front or neck dimension.
Tip: If your horse falls between two sizes, compare the body and back
measurements first and choose the size that gives enough coverage without restricting movement.

The rug should cover the horse's back and sides without sitting too far forward or back.
